Glowie Shipping Policy

Made to Order
Every Glowie pillow is handsewn to order. We do not keep pre-made inventory. This means your pillow is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed, which takes additional time before it ships. We appreciate your patience — good things are worth the wait.
Processing Time
Please allow time for your order to be made before it ships. Processing and production typically takes 1–3 business days depending on current order volume.
Estimated Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes around 4 business days. We estimate most customers receive their order within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase including production time.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier transit times can vary based on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside of our control.
Maximum Delivery Window
In rare cases — during high volume periods or due to carrier delays — orders may take up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase to arrive. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your order date, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express shipping upgrades the carrier service only — production time still applies. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at byglowie@gmail.com before placing your order so we can advise on timing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, Glowie is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery exceptions caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us at byglowie@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Glowie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
